There are three types of British School Portal account:
Personal account: This is a personal account designed for a potential student or parent who is looking for information about schools, agents or other service provides. Each applicant should create one Personal account. Account-holders should only communicate with organizations, agents, or other service providers through the tools or methods provided or displayed on this website. All contents for application purposes should only be uploaded and shared to schools or to agents through this website unless otherwise specified and instructed by the school through communication methods provided on this website.
Potential Students aged 16 and above may consent to the collection and processing of their own Personal Data (although parents and legal guardians may set up an account on behalf of Potential Students). Potential Students under the age of 16 cannot consent to the processing of such Personal Data and therefore consent will need to be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or any party with parental responsibility.
School account: This is an organization account designed for school or education institution only. Only a person authorized by the organization is allowed to use this account with conditions in place on how they handle Personal Data.
Agent account: This is a company account designed for a business acting as an agent or other service provider only. Only a person authorized by the agent organization is allowed to use this account with conditions in place on how they handle Personal Data.
