As already mentioned, grammar school is a selective school. Pupils must show a variety of skills during the so-called 11-plus exam.

Preparing for the exam can be daunting. However, there are tons of free resources to prepare for the 11+ exam. To better prepare your child for the exam it is advised to engage with past 11+ past papers and 11+ mock exams.

As pupils will have to prepare for attempting the four different papers that make up the exam. These papers are for verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning, maths and English. Although you may want to seek the aid of a tutor to best prepare the child for the exam. We have put together 5 websites that provide 11+ resources and practice papers.
